Register Privacy Notice

When you consent to be listed, the register publicly shows your name and the certifications you hold — each with its status (valid, expired or revoked), issue and expiry dates, and verification code.

Two further fields are shown only if you separately opt in: your firm and your jurisdiction. Nothing else about you (email, contact details, activity) is published.

The register lets third parties — clients, firms and regulators — independently confirm that an introducing broker or affiliate holds a genuine, current AUDEDU certification. It is the market-facing proof that makes certification meaningful.

We publish your data on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Consent is optional, freely given, and never a condition of earning or keeping your certification. We record when you consented and which version of this notice you agreed to.

Your entry remains published only while your consent stands and you hold at least one certification. Withdrawing consent removes you immediately; we retain a minimal record that consent was given and later withdrawn, for accountability.

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data; to withdraw consent at any time; to object to processing; and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.

• Remove yourself (withdraw consent): use “Withdraw & remove me” on your certifications page — it takes effect immediately.
• Change what is public: toggle your firm and jurisdiction on the same page.
• Correct your details: update them in your account, or contact us. We respond to requests within one month (GDPR Article 12(3)).
